Depending on your setup, Netscape will ask you whether to save the file or open. If you chose Save, pick a directory on you computer and once the file is downloaded, open it - the install will automaticaly run. If you choose Open, the computer will automatically open the file once downloaded and automaticaly run the install.
After OfficeCom is installed follow the network setup instructions.
